Here are some utilities for Windows I wrote with Borland Delphi and Dev-C++.
Everything is free and Open Source.
Most of these programs are distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). When not GPL, it is released as public domain software (not copyrighted).

• 2004-07-19 - The development of Qadiview has been abandoned for years now, I decided to release the last build I've made of it. It's an unstable release, though it's the version I use every day.
• 2003-06-23 - SoTWin 1.0 has been released.
  This program adds a 'Stay on Top' feature to every window. Press Alt+F5 to make a window topmost.
• 2003-01-16 - Outlook 2002 Attachments Unlocker 1.0 has been released.
  This program unlocks access to unsafe attachments in Microsoft Outlook 2002 such as .exe or .vbs files. Use it wisely.
• 2002-12-30 - Trillog development has been abandonned.
  Sorry for Trillog users, I'm not using Trillian anymore since I found a lightweight alternative : Miranda. So I lost motivation for further Trillog enhancements and bug fixes. Anyway thanks for your support.
• 2002-10-09 - Rom1fo 1.0 has been released.
  This program displays some informations about your system, such as CPU frequency, physical memory, OS version... It's GPL and it's only 22k.
• 2002-06-24 - Trillog 1.6 beta1 is available for download.
  Bug fixes, Multiple language support, Partial emoticons support, and more.
  Please note that this is a beta release, there are still bugs in it.
• 2002-06-03 - Trillog 1.5 has been translated to german. Thanks to Hendrik Land at www.Trillian-Messenger.de for this version.
• 2002-05-22 - Trillog 1.5 is available for download. The main new feature is text formatting. Take a look at the screenshot to see what's new.

Trillog is a log viewer for Trillian, a great Instant Messaging program.

Features :

• Sessions merging, in order to have only one session by day
• Text formatting
• Partial emoticons support

Typical use: as a notepad replacement for Trillian log files.

QadiView is a little image viewer for Windows. I just gathered some features I like into one program and tried to keep it lightweight.

Such features are :

• Fast load
• Image rotation/flipping
• Grayscale mode
• Bilinear filtering for resizing

QadiView is distributed under the terms of the GPL.

Rom1fo displays some informations about your system, such as CPU frequency, physical memory, OS version... It's a fast way to know what kind of computer you're using.

Rom1fo is distributed under the terms of the GPL.

LockWS allows you to lock your Workstation in one single click.
Typical use: put a shortcut to it in your Quick Launch bar to reproduce what can be found in most UNIX/Linux desktop environments (such as Gnome or KDE).

Requires Windows 2000 or later.

TransDsk simply sets the desktop icons label background to transparent.
Note: This setting can't be saved so you'll have to run it at each startup (by adding a shortcut to it in the Startup section of your Start menu). Note that transparency is also lost when you change your display settings.

Use Outlook 2002 Attachments Unlocker to allow access to unsafe attachments in Microsoft Outlook 2002, such as .exe or .vbs files.
